Our Story

LYFSTYL was founded on a simple belief:

Effective sourcing is built on people, values, and trust.

Since our beginnings in Tiruppur in the mid-1990s, working closely with manufacturers, mills, processors, 
knitting units, and garment factories, we have developed a practical understanding of India’s production 
ecosystem — including supplier capabilities, material behaviour, and execution challenges.

We started as a modest yet focus-driven sourcing initiative in Apparels and Knitted Garments. 

With presence in India and Abu Dhabi, UAE, we enable faster communication, regional accessibility, and 
structured sourcing support aligned with our core values.

As Co-Founders and Sourcing Administrators, Pream & Swamy bring hands-on sourcing experience, established 
supplier networks, and a commitment to transparent, well-controlled processes. From supplier identification 
and sampling to production control, quality audits, and delivery coordination, we act as an 
extended sourcing function for the brands we support.

Today, LYFSTYL operates as a sourcing and execution partner focused on reliability, transparency, and 
long-term collaboration — supporting brands not just in production, but in building 
confidence within their sourcing processes.

How We Work?

Strategic Sourcing Partnership (Annual)
​

This is our flagship program, designed for buyers seeking a dedicated sourcing arm in India. We operate as an extension of your team, managing every stage from supplier identification to final delivery.

Scope of Service:

​

·Supplier Discovery & Vetting – Identifying manufacturers that align perfectly with your product quality, compliance, and pricing requirements.

·End-to-End Order Management – Coordinating fit sampling, salesman samples, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

·Quality Assurance at Every Stage – Implementing structured quality checks from pre-production to final inspection.

·Timely Delivery & Compliance – Ensuring every order meets agreed timelines and international standards.

Commercial Model:

·A fixed annual retainer payable by the buyer as a commitment fee to maintain priority service and resource allocation.

·A pre-agreed percentage-based service fee, calculated on the total order value, billed to the supplier for each confirmed order.

Project-Based Sourcing Engagement

·Targeted Supplier Search – Shortlisting credible suppliers with proven track records in your product category.

·Direct Introduction & Facilitation – Ensuring you are connected to the right decision-makers to start business discussions promptly.

·Optional Support – Additional assistance in quality inspections, negotiations, or logistics can be provided upon request.


Commercial Model:

·A one-time professional service fee, payable by the buyer upon successful introduction to the supplier.

·Responsibility for the order management and communication shifts entirely to the buyer and supplier once the trade begins.
