  • Quality Assurance at Every Stage – Implementing structured quality checks from pre-production to final inspection.

  • Timely Delivery & Compliance – Ensuring every order meets agreed timelines and international standards.

Commercial Model:

  • A fixed annual retainer payable by the buyer as a commitment fee to maintain priority service and resource allocation.

  • A pre-agreed percentage-based service fee, calculated on the total order value, billed to the supplier for each confirmed order.

Commercial Model:

  • A one-time professional service fee, payable by the buyer upon successful introduction to the supplier.

  • Responsibility for the order management and communication shifts entirely to the buyer and supplier once the trade begins.
